Why Choose an Internship?

Finding the right role in the healthcare industry after graduation or completing a PhD can be challenging. Many pharmaceutical and medtech companies have a high demand for well-trained employees but may not be able to offer immediate permanent positions. An internship serves as an ideal entry point, often leading to permanent employment upon completion.
