Your main tasks
Define and lead the global medical affairs strategy for the oncology portfolio.
Oversee the MSL team and medical education programs across key markets.
Drive the design and execution of real-world evidence studies and registries.
Serve as the medical representative in cross-functional leadership teams.
Build and maintain relationships with leading oncology KOLs worldwide.
Your profile
MD or MD/PhD with board certification in oncology or hematology preferred.
10+ years of experience in medical affairs, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
Deep scientific expertise in solid tumors or hematologic malignancies.
Proven ability to develop and execute global medical strategies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
