Formulation Scientist – Oral Solid Dosage 100% (Ref. Nr. 3010)
R&D laboratory role – innovative drug delivery
Your main tasks
Design and develop oral solid dosage formulations (tablets, capsules) from pre-formulation to scale-up.
Conduct formulation screening studies, excipient compatibility, and stability testing.
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes including granulation, compression, and coating.
Prepare technical documentation for regulatory filings (CMC sections).
Collaborate with analytical development and process engineering teams.
Your profile
PhD or Master's in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field.
3-5 years of formulation development experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Hands-on experience with hot-melt extrusion, spray drying, or advanced delivery technologies.
Knowledge of QbD principles and DOE-based formulation development.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a GLP laboratory environment.
