For our client, a leading pharmaceutical company based in Switzerland, we are looking for a
Head of Drug Safety & Pharmacovigilance 100% (Ref. Nr. 3001)

Your main tasks
Lead the global pharmacovigilance team and ensure compliance with international drug safety regulations.
Oversee signal detection, risk management plans, and periodic safety update reports (PSURs).
Serve as the qualified person for pharmacovigilance (QPPV) and liaise with health authorities.
Develop and implement pharmacovigilance strategies for new product launches.
Manage safety databases and ensure timely reporting of adverse events.
Your profile
Medical degree (MD) or PhD in Pharmacology, Toxicology, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmacovigilance within the pharmaceutical industry.
In-depth knowledge of EU GVP modules, FDA regulations, and ICH guidelines.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
Fluent in English; German is a plus.
