For our client, a leading pharmaceutical company based in Switzerland, we are looking for a
Head of IT – Pharmaceutical Systems 100% (Ref. Nr. 3017)
Digital transformation & GxP systems
Your main tasks
Lead IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives for pharmaceutical operations.
Manage GxP-compliant IT systems including LIMS, ERP, MES, and QMS platforms.
Ensure data integrity and 21 CFR Part 11 / Annex 11 compliance across all systems.
Oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud migration projects.
Manage IT budget, vendor relationships, and a team of IT professionals.
Your profile
Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; MBA is a plus.
10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in pharmaceutical/life sciences.
Deep understanding of GxP regulations and computerized system validation.
Experience with SAP, Veeva, TrackWise, and laboratory informatics platforms.
Strong leadership and change management capabilities.
