For our client, a leading pharmaceutical company based in Switzerland, we are looking for a

HR Business Partner – Life Sciences 80% - 100% (Ref. Nr. 3026)
Support R&D and Manufacturing divisions

Your main tasks

• Serve as strategic HR partner to R&D and Manufacturing leadership teams.

• Drive talent management, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.

• Support workforce planning and recruitment for scientific and technical positions.

• Manage employee relations, performance management, and compensation processes.

• Lead change management initiatives during organizational transformations.

Your profile

• Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or Psychology.

• 5-7 years of HR business partner experience, ideally in pharma or life sciences.

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical R&D and manufacturing environments.

• Knowledge of Swiss labor law and social insurance regulations.

• Excellent coaching and stakeholder management skills.
