Key Account Manager – Hospital Pharmacy 100% (Ref. Nr. 3023)
University hospitals & clinic networks
Your main tasks
Manage strategic relationships with hospital pharmacies and procurement committees.
Negotiate tender contracts and formulary listings for the hospital product portfolio.
Develop and implement key account plans for major university hospitals.
Coordinate with Medical Affairs and Market Access teams on value propositions.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Your profile
Degree in Pharmacy, Business, or Life Sciences.
5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience with hospital/key account focus.
Established network within Swiss hospital pharmacy landscape.
Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
Fluent in German and English; French is a distinct advantage.
